By engaging with Try Enterprise LLC—whether through browsing, creating an account, making a purchase, or requesting services—you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of our services.
2. Availability, Withdrawal, and Cancellation of Services
Try Enterprise LLC may modify, suspend, or discontinue any product, service, or feature at any time without prior notice.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders, transactions, or customer accounts at our discretion, including instances of suspected fraud, policy violations, or service misuse.
Financial transactions are subject to our sales policies, restocking fees, and refund terms as applicable.
3. Accuracy of Information & Customer Expectations
While we strive to provide accurate, current, and complete information, Try Enterprise LLC makes no guarantees regarding the accuracy, availability, or reliability of product listings, descriptions, website content, or service information.
We are not responsible for delays, interruptions, or downtime related to our website or third-party service providers.
Customers agree to review product details, conditions, and purchase terms prior to checkout.

We are under no obligation to provide prior notice before taking these actions.
7. Liability Limitations
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
Try Enterprise LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from product use, website use, downtime, inaccurate information, or service interruptions.
All products and services are provided “As Is” unless otherwise stated.
You assume all risks associated with your purchase, website use, and interactions with third-party tools or services linked to our platform.

Our website may contain links to third-party websites or tools not owned or controlled by Try Enterprise LLC.
We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, policies, or actions of any third-party websites or services.
9. Changes to Terms and Conditions
Try Enterprise LLC reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time.
Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted under the laws of the state in which Try Enterprise LLC operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
ALL KITCHEN SALES, including any appliances provided with the purchase, are final once shipped or picked up. No refunds, returns, or exchanges will be accepted. All items are sold “As Is,” with no express or implied warranties or representations regarding their condition, suitability for any specific purpose, merchantability, or potential patent infringement. Under no circumstances shall the seller be responsible for any indirect, special, or consequential damages arising from the purchase, use, condition, maintenance, repair, or performance of these products.
All risk of loss transfers to the buyer as of the purchase date. All items must be picked up, shipped, or scheduled for delivery within 14 days of the purchase date—or within 14 days of the expected arrival date for “Purchase Before Removal” items. If this requirement is not met, items will be returned to inventory and the buyer will receive store credit minus a 15% restocking fee. If an order is canceled prior to delivery, a refund will be issued minus a 15% restocking fee.
Countertops are included as a complimentary component with the kitchen purchase. Try Enterprise does not assign monetary value to countertops, backsplashes, or hoods due to their delicate nature. No refunds will be provided for broken or damaged stone, solid surface, or similar countertop materials. Cabinetry may contain existing cutouts for electrical, plumbing, or gas connections due to prior showroom installation or previous ownership. Molding and trim pieces may not be complete as depicted in listings and additional materials may be required for retrofit installations. Backsplash tile, stone, and similar materials are not included in the kitchen purchase price.
APPLIANCE SALES ARE FINAL once shipped or picked up. No refunds, returns, or exchanges will be accepted. All appliances are sold in their documented “As Is” condition. Because of the nature of this inventory, Try Enterprise carefully photographs and documents each unit, and it is the buyer’s responsibility to review all provided details prior to purchasing.
Try Enterprise offers a 30-day functionality guarantee. If any issues arise within the first 30 days, a service technician will be dispatched for evaluation and repair. Try Enterprise will coordinate any necessary servicing and will determine whether repair or refund is appropriate.
All items must be picked up, shipped, or scheduled for delivery within 14 days of purchase—or within 14 days of the estimated arrival date for “Purchase Before Removal” items. If this requirement is not met, the items will be returned to stock and store credit will be issued minus a 15% restocking fee. If an order is canceled before delivery, a refund will be issued minus the 15% restocking fee.
For “Purchase Before Removal” items, removal from the client’s property is expected within the date range listed on the product description, with delivery arranged immediately afterward. If removal does not occur within the specified window, Try Enterprise will offer either a full refund to the original payment method or the option to wait for the updated removal date.
